Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that by booking an appointment at The Sunroom Day Spa you are required to put down a 50% nonrefundable deposit of the booked service price. Cancellation within 2 days of the service appointment will subject the client to forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellation or rescheduling within 1 day or “no-show” the day of the service appointment will subject the client to forfeit the 50% deposit.
You are granted a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive after 10 minutes, you are considered a “no-show”, will forfeit the 50% deposit, and will have to reschedule for a different day.
